Support for a hospitality employee who is pregnant. Applicants must be currently pregnant and within two months of their estimated due date or have given birth within the last six weeks.

- Medical verification/documentation of pregnancy
FINANCIAL DOCUMENTATION:
- Current pay stub
- Previous pay stub
- Proof of financial need
- Other agency assistance requests and/or grants

**Applications for assistance should not be made beyond six (6) weeks after the date of birth.
Please note: we do not pay medical expenses.
